The Micro Luxury design trend is booming: thanks to our obsession with Pinterest- and Instagram-worthy spaces and a desire for luxury, combined with tighter budgets as the cost of living increases.

Micro Luxury focuses on key elements of a space, instead of going all out. It could be a sofa that’s a little bit bigger, better quality scented candles or adding those extra wall sconces in your hallway and living room to make the space feel more cozy. It can mean creating a dining area in whatever space you have so that when you make a meal it feels special, regardless of whether you have guests, you are with a partner or you are on your own. Adding just a little richness and indulgence to your home can give you that little bit of comfort that can make even the toughest day feel a little bit better.

Natural Materials and Sustainable Style

It’s no secret that dramatic marble is everywhere. It’s part of a larger trend that highlights the natural qualities of materials, instead of masking or polishing them away. Basically, we’re all tired of mass-produced cookie-cutter pieces, and are looking for items with their own individuality. After the last couple years of getting to know our furniture very closely, we’re looking for something with that extra special something.
